is there anywhere besides the meet and greet at MK to find Rapunzel?? Character dining, cruise ships??

I believe she's been at cinderellas royal table a few times but not frequently just as a fill in.

as far as I could find/research she's only at the Cinderella & Rapunzel M&G in MK. Sometimes, but not often at CRT. Rapunzel is DD's favorite princess so we used a FP+ on the M&G since it's often a very long line. Otherwise you can go right at RopeDrop or later in the evening.

Rapunzel is my daughters favorite too so i'm going to have suck it up and use a FP to meet her. We are not early risers so I cant bank on going for rope drop.

If you're taking a trip in November and don't want to waste a FP on it, just go to the MK during the day of a MVMCP. You'll be able to pretty much walk right in to meet Cindy and Rapunzel by 6:00 or so. We always wait to meet Rapunzel until during the parties so we can meet Flynn, too, and we've consistently observed the people who are doing the princess-only "daytime/regular" meet get escorted right in once we line up for the party characters, which is usually around 6:35. Also note that the last FP+ window on party nights ends at 6:30, so there are no FP+ returners slowing down the line after that time, which makes SB move very quickly. They're also motivated to get non-party guests in and out quickly during that window so the party characters can start meeting right at 7:00 sharp.

Rapunzel was part of the ticketed Princess M&G when we went on the Dream last December. Since I had tickets for that for my sister, I did not pay attention to individual princess M&Gs. If you do not already know about these, the tickets are free, you just have to stop by guest relations when you get on the ship to see about tickets. There were 5 or 6 princesses.

The best interaction during the M&G for my sister was Rapunzel. She was able to get my sister to do a variety of poses.
