So, are they going to have a full-time CM at each station to help with issues? Of all the times we have stayed onsite, I think each time at least one of the soda canisters has been empty/not functioning and I've ended up with a mug of icky water. There had better be a CM there to override my wait time so I can refill my mug. And it better take less than 5 minutes.
I'm thinking this system is not going to work out, there will be too many complaints, and it will disappear within a year or two.
