What is the current going rate for renting points?

I have some I am going to rent to a friend, and am not sure what to charge?

Everything I see says $9-10. I have seen weeks at BWV sell for what comes out to $12/point on Ebay.

If it were a real close friend you could always go as low as the dues for the year and charge $4-5 a point...

We never rent for under 12.00 a point even to family and friends heck even at that they are still getting a killer deal.
