It's late, I know, but I am so not getting this reference!

Ok here is how.
You have to have your own quest kiosk
You make a task in the kiosk to find an item in the water.
Place one item in the pool then when you go back to your kiosk
and double click that task it takes you and places you on top of the water on the item you placed and you walk.


When you want to walk again you just double click your kiosk and double click that task and you are walking

You can walk on the water without having to have a kiosk. DD does all the time and she doesn't have a kiosk. This is how she does it: "If you stand on the stairs, not exiting, wait until someone exits and then go in the same exit and walk right back out during the pause."
