Usually I am very happy after speaking with someone at Disney. Sometimes I find out that the person messed up things afterwards, and there’s no way to change what you did afterwards. For instance, I booked 2 chefs demonstrations for F&W. I called today to find out the reservation number because I never got confirmation, well it turns out the person yesterday had me as Bonnie, not Barbara, and not even as “bobbi” as I am in email. It cannot be changed without cancel, and no cancellation for demos, but I am OK, It is in my MDE now.

However, I wish I knew it was incorrect before I did the survey yesterday.

Oh well.

That's somewhat ridiculous that they can't make a spelling correction, you're not making changes.
 
Really they cannot correct a spelling error.? That is ridiculous, surely a manager could fix it.
