Hey all,

Due to time constraints i can't see all the "shows" at Hollywood Studios, can you guys tell me your favourites from the list below from an adult perspective?

Indiana Jones
Beauty and the Beast
Frozen Sing Along
Voyage little Mermaid
Muppet Vision
Fantasmic
Other

Thanks!

I will caution you that since I've seen all of these multiple times, my ranking is influenced by how enjoyable a show is after multiple showings. For example, several years ago Indiana Jones would have ranked higher, but I'm getting a little tired of it. For a first time viewer though, it may actually be at the top.

Frozen Sing Along
Fantasmic
Beauty & the Beast
Little Mermaid
Indiana Jones
Muppet Vision

Frozen Sing Along (this was a hoot, don’t miss it!)
Beauty & the Beast
Little Mermaid
Indiana Jones
Muppet Vision

*Fantasmic should not be missed (imo) & since it can only be seen at night, I didn’t include it with the other shows* Just make sure you see it!

For me:

Indiana Jones
Star Wars Galactic Spectacular
Little Mermaid
Thunderstorms near the park
Parking tram oil change
Paint drying
Fantasmic.

Matt

Star WArs Galactic
Fantasmic
Indiana Jones
Frozen Sing Along
Beauty and the Beast
One Man's Dream
Voyage little Mermaid
Muppet Vision

1. Fantasmic: I like the show but it always felt like a pain in the butt to go see it. It's been a few years since I've gone, so maybe it will be better with FP+ and Star Wars Spectacular drawing some people away.
2. Muppet Vision: So...Muppet Vision probably isn't a top choice for most people, but I really like the Muppets. It is my only "must-see" on every trip from this list.
3. Indiana Jones: Great show the first time but it lacks in "re-watch-ability" for me.
4. Beauty and the Beast: Very well done stage show. I always enjoy it.
5. Little Mermaid: Nicely done show but it is short. My least favorite of the bunch.

I haven't seen Frozen Sing Along or Star Wars Galactic Spectacular yet.

Glad I asked! Wasn't thinking of doing Frozen Sing Along at all !
It was a lot of fun. Unfortunately, from what I have read, they changed the script and got rid of a lot of the banter between the 2 narrators. I thought that was some of the best part of the show. will see it this fall and see what really changed. Still worth seeing.

Indiana Jones
Frozen
Fantastic
Muppet vision
Mermaid.

I particularly like Indiana Jones because it’s the Only show left (unless I’m forgetting something). Where you can still volunteer to go on stage. Being part of the show is a blast. (Must be 18 or older)

Agree that the Frozen Sing Along was an unexpected treat. We make sure to visit every time we are there.

When you look at these shows, it makes you wonder how people will say nothing is in the park any more, and it is a half day park. Yeah, stuff has closed. HOWEVER, its not like the Movie Ride (which I miss), Streets of NY, and the Back Lot Tour were all on the must see list. Veterans have a hard time seeing some of the shows every trip, but still a LOT to do here.

And as of yet, we haven't done Frozen sing along (teenaged boys weren't int that the last few trips). But would LOVE to watch it this next time around, especially if it's still funny like previous posters said

As others have mentioned, do NOT summarily dismiss the Frozen Sing Along because you think it's just a campfire style singing of songs from the movie. That's the mistake we made. Yes, there are parts where they play the songs and the audience is encouraged to sing. However, it is actually a comedy show centered around the movie. It's hysterical and fun for the entire family. My order of shows:

Fantasmic
Frozen Sing Along
Star Wars night fireworks
One Mans Dream
Indiana Jones
Beauty and the Beast
Voyage
Muppet Vision

For me:

Indiana Jones
Star Wars Galactic Spectacular
Little Mermaid
Thunderstorms near the park
Parking tram oil change
Paint drying
Fantasmic.

I'm SO glad I'm not the only one who feels this way! I really don't like Fantasmic. My list would be:

1. Beauty and the Beast
2. Indiana Jones
3. Little Mermaid
4. Star Wars fireworks
5. Fantasmic
6. Muppets

I haven't seen Frozen so I can't comment, but like everyone above, I've heard amazing things about it.

Star Wars
Frozen
Frozen
Jedi Training
Disney Jr if you have small kids

Little Mermaid and Beast were very dated. Kids loved them though. I haven't seen Fantasmic, Muppets or Indiana Jones yet.

It's really hard for me to rate because I enjoy them all. I hadn't done Indiana Jones in a while and went again with first-timers on my last trip and they all loved it. I love Beauty and the Beast for the dancing and live singing. I'm a huge Muppets fan so that's always a must-do for me - though they really need to upgrade the film. Little Mermaid has some cool effects and puppets (I love puppets) plus I just have a lot of nostalgia for that movie. The Frozen Sing-Along is laugh out loud funny. I love some parts of Fantasmic and some parts really drag for me...but the ending almost makes it worth all the hassle. I have not seen the Star Wars Spectacular yet.

Saw the show last week and still had a similar script from the past two years, however, I did feel there was more improv this year. It was VERY entertaining. The only bad part of the show is sitting/standing on the decline hill just outside the theatre waiting for the doors to open.
It doesn't matter if you are going solo, are 24 or 84, woman or man, teenage boys, etc. you will find humor and likely enjoy the show. Like others have said, there are several times you will actually laugh out loud (not just LOL in a text message). It's fantastic.

Frozen Sing Along
Beauty and the Beast
Indiana Jones
Voyage little Mermaid
Fantasmic
Muppet Vision

Though really, it's
Frozen Sing Along way up here and every thing else

way down here.
Frozen show is light years better.

Don't know where this came from but not from any show I've seen.

That was posted on WDWMagic that the staff at the show were upset at decreasing the parts of the narrators and shortening the show.
When we saw it in April, there was not as much banter between the narrators or as many jokes as last fall. It was good, but just not as good.
Maybe they got enough negative feedback, that they changed it back.
