'Ohana dinner (preferably between 5 and 6 pm)
CRT pre-park opening (close to 8 am as possible)
Crystal Palace pre-park opening (close to 8 am as possible)
Chef Mickey's breakfast (preferably between 9 and 10 am)
Tusker House pre-park opening (close to 8 am as possible)
Cape May pre-park opening (close to 8 am as possible)

Also would you expect any of the following to be harder than any of the above (and are there any of the below list that you would prioritize):

Hoop dee Doo Revue (6:15 pm dinner in category 1 or 2)
Fantasmic dinner at HBD
50's Prime Time (between 11:30 and noon)
Teppan Edo (as close to noon as possible)
Via Napoli (between 11:30 and noon)
California Grill (between 5:30 and 6 pm)
Monsieur Paul (between 5:30 and 6 pm)

Anything before park opening is hard to get. Ohana at 5pm is easier than Ohana at 7pm. Fantasmic at the Brown Derby is usually available long after the other Fantasmic dining packages---probably because it is 2 dining credits. California Grill probably easier than at 8 or 9pm. Since most places open at 11 I would think that your 11:30 would not be as hard as say 1. Otherwise I agree with Pixie Dust. You have it in a pretty good order.

Your list is pretty close to how I would try to book them. Maybe Ohana after CRT and CP. I also consider how early or late they are in my trip, the further into your trip they are, will give you slightly more availability since not as many.
