Range of golf carts

Even though we briefly visited Ft. Wilderness last week during our stay, I can't recall the "limits" of where we saw golf carts. I know they are parked at the marina and the stores, but I don't remember how near they were to the outpost/stables area.

Can you take the golf cart all the way to the outpost to catch a bus, or to ride horses?

there is a cart parking area a tthe outpost bus stop, carts can not leave any gate,

Along this same line--Can carts travel all the way to Wilderness Lodge?

Unfortunately carts can not leave Fort Wilderness, so the Wilderness Lodge would be out
