Does anyone know how long it takes to get any info back after sending a message through the contact page on Randy Chapman's site? I sent it Thursday night and was wondering if I was just being impatient, or should send another?? Or does someone already have him booked for 9/15/11 from 9:30 to 12:30 pm?

I'm sure I read on here earlier this week his website is having problems and you need to contact him direct. I think there was a thread about it.

Thanks! I think I sent it after that time... but I sent him an email also. Just to be on the safe side.

He was having problems with his contact page and it says that if you don't get a response within 24 hours to try again. I just sent a request on Tues and heard back within the 24 hour time period. I'd send again if I were you.

Ok ladies.. can someone tell me if the outside photographer counts as a guest? I've read that they do, and they don't. Does anyone know which answer is right?

Also, on a another note.. The DFTW sample itinerary says you should get hair/make-up done 4-5 hrs prior to ceremony. This seems a little early to me. Our ceremony is at 10 am. Beaute Speciale gave us a time frame of 6:30-8:30. We'll have enough time, right? Just getting nervous about getting everything ready, I guess. I hate being late and someone having to wait on me.

You're all in great hands. We had Randy for our wedding in November 2010 and he was easily the best decision we made. Amazing photographs and a really lovely person.
