i have what... 5 friends who are girls (and it would be a bit odd if i slept over a boys house, lol) and most of them are just are aquantences or are going to a party or have planes.

my friend kevin lives right across the street and thats who i was planning on going with but my parents are rarw.

I would just keep asking to go out.You should just say you will stay near your house and you will have a key with you to go in your house.
