According to my Geography exam yesterday, Liverpool has almost 50% of it's population in the UK top 10% of high household deprivation. It's has 0% of it's population in the UK top 10% of low household deprivation... We had to do compare different towns in their household deprivation and how they can rebrand themselves in a variety of ways. Something like that anyway.
