There is a recipe on mugglenet for butterbeer but they say to make it a warm drink. At the park it was served either chilled like soda or frozen like a slush. Both were good. I don't really want to make it warm so I'll have to find another site.

Yeah, the recipe I found was made to replicate the one in the park. They used some brand of cream soda as the base, then double cream, icing sugar, normal sugar and vanilla extract for the foam.

ah cool, I'm going to look around at different sites for some recipes, hopefully I can try more than one to see which one is the best.
