My town has a high hispanic population. So they just have bells but they sell these really good fruity popsicles and these spicy onion ring looking things lol

Neither. Popsicles and spicy things that LOOK like onion rings. Not like the perfect circles you get at Burger King or whatever though. I'm thinking of these long stringy ones you get at a local restaurant here lol
