1. Go outside and find some wood.
2. Find a phoenix, dragon, or unicorn.
3. Take the wood and either a phoenix feather, a dragon heartstring, or a unicorn hair to make your wand.
4. Bring the wood to Ollivander.
5. Ollivander makes you the wand.

Y'know, you could use the Wiccan form of a wand, and just find a stick outside that you're drawn to.
