•The original run of Dexters Laboratory included a short called 'Dial M for Monkey'. The episode 'Barbequor' played as a parody/homage to the Silver Surfer/Galactus storyline from Marvel Comics. It's banned because the Silver Surfer parody, called the Silver Spooner, had stereotypically homosexual mannerisms. There were other reasons, too, including a drunk Hulk parody and a hard-to-miss scene where a background character anxiously waits for the seductive female lead to eat a hot dog. You can watch it here.

It was pretty funny.

anyway we had

and we would rerun every episode and watch for clues to the final ones... first episode of Matt era, The Eleventh Hour we wrote every line they said and it took like 2 hrs just to write 15 mins of speech so gave up with that project
