I watched Munich for the first time alone in the house with all of the lights off. Immediately after it ended, I went to turn on the lamp next to the couch and the lightbulb went POP and burned out; scared the holy hell out of me.

Did who call? My crush-friend? I called him on Monday night...got his voice mail...hope he calls me back!

(my message was basically "don't know if you got my last message...don't want to interrupt if you're working or have kids...congrats on family's company's new showroom...great pic of you and brother in paper...would love to catch up, here are my numbers again, call me, 'kay?" )

I had something very similar. I was watching the movie THE RING on a broken TV. The TV worked but it would flicker. Well, if you have seen the movie, you know something bad is about to happen, b/c when they watch the video the TV flickers. So, when the movie is over my TV starts flickering. I was in my basement alone and it was dark. I'm a 32 yr old father of 2 and I have to admit I was a little creeped out.

Well, if you have seen the movie, you know something bad is about to happen, b/c when they watch the video the TV flickers. So, when the movie is over my TV starts flickering. That is hilarious. I know exactly how you feel. When that TV flickered, I was like, "TIME TO GO UPSTAIRS!!! AND FAST!"

If you are in Montclair, then yes, probably about 10 minutes away. I'm right on the border of South Orange and West Orange, on the West Orange side. My DW and I head over to Montclair every once an awhile for date night. We love the BYOB Mexican Restaurant there.

Random Thought; One thing I hate about working in IT is that we have to log on at night to do work. I just want to leave work at work. Like right now, I'm actually logged on and having to deploy new database changes. Oops, I didn't mean to delete that. I better pay attention here...
