DD9 stepped on a hot glue gun at the festival today.
DD12 stepped in dog doo at the ballfield as soon as we arrived.
Not a good stepping day for the was40's.

Tonight is the town's fireworks extravaganza. They always wait till the last night of the festival, not the actual 4th.

Neighbors also saw a bear this AM. Their version is a much bigger one than we saw, so either they are exaggerating the size, or it could be a momma and cub.........which would be bad.......dangerous.

Mom and Cub are never far apart. Normal bear family is at least 2 cubs up here.

Try not to worry to much, they travel miles every day.

Lots of kids in the neighborhood, that is the worrysome part. You are right though, they travel.......and not a whole lot of woody shelter here.

I enjoyed Wicked very much I didn't buy anything though I just couldn't see spending $35 on a t-shirt so I'm saving my money for Disney

I would never spend that on a t-shirt either, but I am el-cheapo! Now, as for my Disney wardrobe, I have an awful lot of Mickey t's, sweatshirts, Pooh, Tigger, Minnie......
