Random PIN question...

How often do you think it really happens that someone will receive a PIN code, but not actually get an email/snail mail?

I guess this is tough to answer since the only way you'd know is if you called WDW and actually had one.

I think that happens quite frequently. When I booked a few years ago, I got a great discount with a pin, and I didn't know what a pin was at the time. The CM just told me that there was a discount code associated with my name. It's always worth a call to ask. Also, remember that CM's range from very helpful to not willing to give you any information unless you specifically ask. If you don't feel your CM is being helpful, call again to get someone else.
