Who would of guessed that when you got home from your fun time at the movies you would get a suprise like that. Like you said it is good that no valuables were spared.

oh yuck! I'm sorry this happened! I remember before I was married and had my first apartment, it had a washer/dryer in the unit. Well, one day I left to go to work and put in a load of laundry and when I came back home, the apartment was flooded! Thank GOD I lived on the first floor, so there was no apartment under mine, just a parking garage and the water went through the floor into that. But what a mess it was. It needed all new carpet and stuff!

Thanks for hearing me out guys!! It just sucks when things go wrong with your house/apt/etc!! The sewer came up here two summers ago as well. When DD was 3 months old a pipe broke in our basement and our backflow valve jammed so our basement filled up while we slept, until it interfered with the furnace and woke us up!! I am just soooo frustrated right now!!! Thanks for being there for me to rant guys!!!

Thanks for hearing me out guys!! It just sucks when things go wrong with your house/apt/etc!! The sewer came up here two summers ago as well. When DD was 3 months old a pipe broke in our basement and our backflow valve jammed so our basement filled up while we slept, until it interfered with the furnace and woke us up!! I am just soooo frustrated right now!!! Thanks for being there for me to rant guys!!!
