Yeah we went last night....DD and I really enjoyed it, DH was burnt out from work and fell asleep, then went for a walk....lol so he said he didn't see enough of it to make a fair judgement...

DD has a birthday party, and DH went to buy fireworks. He is quite the pyrotechnic over the 4th.....

fireworks are illegal here in CA, but lots of people drive over the stateline to Nevada. There are lots of fireworks stands around the 4th RIGHT across stateline because they know all the CA rebels go there and buy them!

I think it has to do with the time. The thread puts the posts in time order, but our times are not synchronized for some reason. If some posters have the correct time, those of us with the wrong time get sandwiched in between posts, based on our incorrect times.
