Snow
refresh my memory of the book you recommended
so I don't have to page back
through my own random jibberish

I promise to write the title down this time!

The Handmaid's Tale :thumbsup2

Snow must be busy babysitting
for her new Disney family.

I hope you felt good enough to play
and enjoy the kids tonight, Snow!

I had so much fun! The kids are 5 and 3...I love those ages! They are still little enough to cuddle with and they think you are the coolest person in the world...L and M hate to cuddle :sad2:

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: SNOW'S BIRTHDAY!!!:cheer2: :cheer2::cheer2: :cheer2:

:hyper: :hyper: You have a good memory Sarah...since I think I only mentioned once that my birthday was on the 25th :rolleyes1

Snow, I hope to hear that you are feeling 100% better this morning.

I am feeling much better but not 100%...hopefully by tomorrow :thumbsup2

Thank you SARAH
for refreshing my memory of when Snow's birthday is
she is so shy about mentioning things!

Thanks for reminding me of the book, Snow
I copied it down on paper

paper doesnt disappear as fast as the pages on here!:lmao:

:thumbsup2 It really is a great book!

Talk about grumpy kids
there was a minor uprising about WHERE to eat breakfast
seems DS says he called it last night
and DD12 says she called it when DH was in the shower
then DS said it was decided last week when they went where DD12 wanted....

(spoiled children, people are starving in India)

anyway

since tomorrow is DD12's birthday
I thought I would have a special her and me only breakfast
and let DH do the other two

which met with happiness from all
except Envy
who now wants breakfast alone with mommy

so DD12 and I went out together
and then got a dozen donuts for her to share with her class (church class)
and I wrote messages all over the donut box

last day of being a dozen
happy birthday

you get the picture

:rotfl2:

:thumbsup2 It really is a great book!

since DH learned that I order books online
he has snagged right into my account
and orders books for himself

and he is NOT as fussy as I am about getting an exceptional deal:surfweb:
I prefer when he writes the titles for me to order for him

but then I think
let the boy do things on his own
yes, I mean DH

last night I got three bills (email) for his books....

Sounds like you and DD12 had a nice breakfast together. Envy can go alone with you next week ;)

Did you read the second link Sarah left us?

woman selling trumpet on craigslist?

boggles my mind, too

I get ridiculous emails on my school account
asking for money for some foreign person
to pay medical bills
or get out of a country

was40...you ate a Chef Mickey's on your birthday trip last year, right? Did they do anything special? Mom decided this morning that she wants to eat at more TS places this trip

They seat you with a special placemat that says "It's My Birthday" and is signed by all the chef mickey characters (laminated, you can save it). Later they bring you a cupcake with a candle in it, and they sing to you. Mickey himself brought out the cupcake (we have done this twice on MY birthday). The cupcake is cute, and icing mound on it , with confettie sprinkle and a chocolate mickey ear candy on top. Everyone around notices your birthday, so it is not for the meek at heart! It was fun, my kids LOVED the special attention from the characters (though, honestly, I think they spend a lot of time with EVERYONE at the restaurant, birthday or not)

I'm thinking of going to Chef Mickey's on the morning of her birthday...I have always wanted to eat there! We would mainly do breakfast and lunch at a TS place since we get dinner CL :thumbsup2 Do anyother places come to mind that would be great for celebrating your birthday?
