Random Dreams?

Regarding the Dreams stuff...do the hosts only pick rooms that are full? If VMK is trying to mimic the YOAMD then not only should they go to full rooms they should also just pick random players, random rooms, areas, etc.
The YOAMD is totally random (3rd party controlled) and it'd be nice to see that expressed in VMK as well.

From what I understand the pic random rooms, but I believe that they are going to full rooms to give out the most prizes. When they are giving out the ears, pins, or other item prizes - most of the time they give it to everyone in the room. If they are giving the room (which seems to be the main Grand prize), they go to a predetermined room and look for a predetermined outfit or something to choose who wins the room. It is random. You just have to be in the right place at the right time.
