My one bit of advice?
Tolerance. Let the minor irritations slide off you like water off a duck. Accept that everyone will not look or act or dress or operate like you. Accept that there are thousands of different ways to see the world and while you might have found the most efficient way to see the world. I might choose a more relaxed pace over efficiency.
One head scratcher for me were the people wearing jeans....seriously...denim in 90 degree plus heat with humidity???

I get it. I get that you were being funny and making fun and not meaning it to be any other way. But ... well ... some of the people you're having so much fun with are also some of the people reading your levity and humor here. In fact, I'm one of them (although I don't think I'll reveal which number(s) from your list I am totally and regularly guilty of!To those who don't take my post with the levity that was intended, I am really sorry you feel that way. It was not intended to offend you but to take a situation we all know we will encounter and to address it with humor. Seems that most people "got it" but clearly a few didn't. It happens.
I forget sometimes that there are incredibly delicate sensibilities around here.
). So to see so much mirth surrounding something that I tend to do when I'm at WDW (and never really thought was 'wrong') is a little disconcerting. I didn't realize I was so darned entertaining and providing so much fodder for amusement! I was just having fun too, y'know? Just sayin' ...
Sorry, Betty & Boop need to breathe too.Although the, "Well I never!" stares (which always seem to come from other women) are always funny.

Ugh, you had to go there, didn't you? I'm trying to eat breakfast here and to put this imagine in my head.Oh, and maybe the tank tops with hairy backs, too. I understand that it's nature and all that, but I don't want it rubbing on me in line when you back into me.
Sweaty, hairy back in the the middle of summer. I'm going to be sick now.
not at all....Had a fun time at the parks with the family last week but somethings just made me shake my head.
The thread is all in good fun, perhaps you sound like a person with no sense of humor?

. They were everywhere at BB when we went there. DD19 just walked everywhere with her head down since she had seen WAY more than she wanted to!
noooo... actually i have a fine sense of humor. your post just strikes me as whining. the mental picture it gives is one of an unhappy person, for whatever reason, feeling put upon, uncool, unattractive, whatever the case may be that leads to the need complain a lot, boss around their kids, make fun of others from a lack of self respect, etc. etc. anyway, have a nice day!
To be fair though, for all those women who do feel the need to display Betty & Boop, don't get an attitude when a guy notices. You put them out on display like that then you have to expect men to ogle them.

I don't undertstand why this is so unbelievable for people. I wear jeans all the time, even in the summer heat of Florida. They are no hotter for me than having the sun beaming down directly on my bare legs, and (unlike most shorts I've worn) they don't ride up and are not constantly in need of being pulled down in the crotch area. They're 100% cotton, so they're not holding in heat (they 'breathe') and if you've got a really nicely broken-in pair, they're soft and very comfortable and not nearly as hot as they might look. If given a choice between jeans and shorts on a hot day, I'll always choose jeans. The only exception is if I know I'm going on a lot of water rides (flumes, rapids, etc) -- because jeans just do NOT dry quickly ....

Running around screaming about what pigs men are and acting all offended that they noticed them when you blatantly let them hang out just shows how clueless the woman is. Don't want men to look at them? Then cover them up.
Oh, and this is coming from a women who is well endowed herself, so no, I am not jealous.![]()
As far as people seeing me and making fun of me??? I'm sure it happens, so what? That's life, they may think I'm funny, I might think their funny, it is all good.

.. this is just the 2nd time in about a month one of these posts seemed to be offending people and the OP was shocked at what they thought was funny didn't come off as such. It's hard to "read" the tone of a message, you kinda have to spell it out on a board I think.
actually, if you read through these messages.....MOST people did find it funny, at least most that took the time to post in this thread.
This it true. That doesn't mean it didn't offend the other 100 people that looked at it and didn't reply.
Just saying.
