We are planning on buying a party of 3 dinner. We will have 3 TS meals left so on our last night while at BOMA we will be picking up someones dinner. Spreading some Pixie Dust! Also I will be paying it forward to the first 20 people that PM me that would like a postcard sent to their little one from WDW. Just include name address message and fav. character.

I do! But I will post a little closer to our trip in December!

You are all GREAT :grouphug: !!!! This is a SUPER thread! We are going in December, and I hear the nights can be chilly. I was going to get some of those stretch gloves( one sz. fits all) from Wal-Mart for my family to bring.....but you know what? I am going to bring lots of extra's so if I see that someone is chilly, I'll give them a pair of gloves!!!!! This is just making me so-o gooey in by belly :Pinkbounc I can't wait :bounce: .And it's a great way to let your kids see how giving can be so rewarding  !

ok, will go back and read, but I just wanted some input, we are really broke, we take our food and live here, so we don't spened any $$. We do give out CM cards, but what are some ideas (we do the FP one) of free things I may not have thought of to do?
I do let ppl go in front of us in line, give tips and hints, etc....but I want to do more especially since I am there so much and MJ is the object of so many good things there.

random acts of kindness don't need to cost anything. someone was shocked and thrilled we let the mom and grandma in the group share our bench ( hubby stood) which gave a good view of the parade. unfortunatly people are not always kind anymore. maybe save a good spot for a parade and give it the family that comes rushing up at the last second cause this is their first time there and they didn't know about saving a spot. or help sometone searching a park map find what they neeed. i don't think it has to be big or material, just unexpected.

I've got 'em ! I just bought 500 glow necklaces on ebay to put with the wonderful "trick or treat" slip ...we're going to give them out to 475 (or so) of the coolest people we meet while we're at Disney on MNSSHP !!!!

DH has booked a Bass fishing trip and he plans on finding just the right little boy and Dad to share it with ( I asked him if he wanted me to post it on the board and he said no it would take the fun out of it for him) :Pinkbounc

Also I went to our Disney store and got several wands for that special little girl I see, :wizard: (mine is 16 and no longer wants one) :flower:

Jann... you are so right, I never thought to save a spot, so now I will :sunny:

Oh this is so great! I think I'll borrow several ideas! I had already planned on the mousekeeping envelopes but now I will:
-give away orange glow bracelets at MNSSHP
-stickers
-FP

here is some pixie dust for all of you!
:wizard:

And although I read about this in some other thread so I cannot take credit for it, on Epcot I'll hand out little cards with "hello" printed on it in different languages.

Well I say "I will" but actually I'm sure DD will love to do this!

Thanks for the ideas!

This is a great thread! I love the ideas about the Fast Passes and letting someone use your stroller if you're leaving the park.

My story about a random act of kindness that was done to me: I was with my two boys and my mom and we were in the Ghirardelli shop in DTD. It was evening and crowded as we were looking for a seat or table. I saw three seats at the hi-top counter, so I let my mom and two DS's sit down and I just stood right behind them while we waited for our ice cream. The man sitting next to my mom then got up and offered me his seat. I told him that he really didn't need to do that -- he was eating, too, and his family was with him. He just smiled and said, "My mom raised me to be a gentleman." How kind! I sat down and then our two families proceeded to chat with each other while there. :)

I just thought of something else I am going to do. I am going to print coloring pages off the net and give them out with crayons. With back to school sales we got lots of crayons 8 packs for $.25 I figure I will start at the airport. We fly out on Sunday morning from O'hare.

Everyone should hold the door open for anyone in back of them. Man or woman, it's not a gender thing. It's a kindness thing.

Have enough room between cars, so that when another car pulls out of a driveway or park lot, they can get out without having to plead to the nearest kind person. (It's actually against the law to block a parklot or driveway).

Thank the bagger for bagging your groceries. It's their job, but it helps you most.

Wait until everyone is served their meal before scoffing down your food. It's the kind thing to do.

PLEASE pick up your junk! "Where it lays, it stays" should not be your mantra.

We do this all the time. Isn't it nice when you see the person's face accepting them? :goodvibes
