I guess I need to go to the grocery store, all I could find for breakfast was ramen noodles...What are YOU having for breakfast that you'd be willing to share?? :)

hey! i made you a sandwich! i would love some noodles!

Hey, thanks for the sandwich...but....*looking at the bowl where the noodles were*....the noodles are all gone, sorry! I can go check and see if I have more though :teeth:

I haven't eaten but usually have abagel. I have gained 5 pounds so time for me to watch all the junk food that passes my mouth :D

A bagel sounds good too, got any flavored cream cheese to go with it?

Well in fact yes! ... I'm holding (well I was until I put it down to type this! :p ) a bagel with light Strawberry cream cheese. :)

sweetie.... you wouldn't have wanted to share my breakfast..... i have Special K with SOY milk...mmmmmmmmmmm YUM YUM!

My 15yo lives on Ramen noodles. I keep trying to tell him that he should wait until college before trying to exist on them. But he is hooked. His boy scout troop will be returning from a week long canoeing trip in Canada today. Would you believe that they took a case of Ramen noodles with them.

Yes, I would totally believe it. DD and her goofy friends come over here and make Ramen noodles all the time. I really can't stand the darned things, but they seem to love them.

By the way, how do you pronounce the word "Ramen". DD says they are Raymen - I thought they were Rommen. Anyone?

According to the Merriam-Webster website, it is pronounced "rah men".

James' scout master keeps referring to them as Roman Noodles.

Well hurray to that! I am finally smarter than my teenager! :D

My 16 year old DD has discovered these dehydrated wonders this summer. She absolutely loves them.

And Towncrier... if they could only figure out how to transport Dippin' Dots on the camping trip, James would be all set :teeth: :jester:

Debbie

Debbie - Please don't mention Dippin' Dots to James. I'm still on his you-know-what list for not taking him there during our trip to WDW in June. It turns out that there is a HUGE Dippin' Dots store just down 192 from the Howard Johnson Maingate East where we spent the first two nights of our vacation. For two weeks all I heard about was Dippin' Dots. But come to think of it, he didn't mention Ramen Noodles once. I guess you have to take the good with the bad.

I wonder if I can bring him home some Dippin' Dots from RiddleCON.

Which Ramen noodles did you have-the one in the styrofoam cup or the block ones. I like the styrofoam cup ones better (less salty). My kids and I love 'em.:)

My daughter and I have been on a Ramen Noodle kick lately, lol.

Beef...block style!:D

I love Ramen noodles, block ones. I like beef & spicy chilie chicken. I drain them, then add the seasoning so they aren't watery.
