We have always thought the Ralph Brennan Beignets were better than those at The Mint Julep...and being beignet lovers, we often get both in a single trip! : )they ARE the best best !!!
but if u go to the mint julep bar window in new orleans (by the french market) then they sell them too there
mickey beignets

When my husbands asks WHY, I'm going to cite this post!! I think trying BOTH makes perfect sense! Thanks!Ok, Ralph Brennan’s are real beignets. While comparing them to Cafe Du Monde is setting yourself up for disappointment, they are in the same ballpark and usually very good.
The Mickey “beignets” in the park are a delightful treat, but they’re not really beignets. That’s like comparing authentic Mexican food to Taco Bell. You get a Mickey beignet because you want a Mickey beignet, not because you want a beignet-beignet.
You’ll need to eat both on your trip, obviously…![]()
I'm the opposite, I've been to Cafe du Monde and tried their beignets but haven't tried the ones at Disneyland yet. We'll try both DLR locations in our July visit.Never been to cafe du monde, but there is no comparison between jazz kitchen and mint julep.
Jazz kitchen is so much better
