Ralph and Vanellope Meeting- Joy & Sadness?

They will be meeting at Innoventions West starting Nov 21. Does that mean they will remove Baymax or Joy and Sadness? DD is obsessed with Inside Out, and neither of my kids will meet Ralph because they are super lame, I mean, afraid he will hurt them by accident.

Anyone have any ideas or info?

I hope it won’t impact Joy & Sadness. My DD loves them, and we were planning to meet them at Epcot on 11/22. She’s not as into Baymax but enjoys that meet and greet far more than she would Ralph. She’s not into that at all.

UPDATE: We received confirmation from Disney Parks Blog author Shawn Slater that both the Inside Out meet and greet with Joy and Sadness and the Baymax meet and greet will be unaffected by Ralph and Vanellope’s temporary residence in Innoventions West. The Innoventions West location will be temporary while their main location is being built in ImageWorks in the Imagination Pavilion.

Well, in defense of your kids, they might not be wrong. When DD (now 12) was 2 or 3, DH was holding her and Woody bent over to greet her and accidentally smacked her in the forehead with the brim of his hat and gave her a big goose egg and bruise that lasted the rest of our trip! On another trip, she was at a Dance Party with the Toy Story Characters-- can't remember whether it was MVMCP or MNSSHP--- and she was dancing with Bullseye, when he bent over and smacked into her and totally flattened her to the floor. So...you just never know.

Glad to hear Baymax should be staying--- we love his meet and greet!!!

i personally would love to see across the way fab 5 meet and great to go away. time to put other characters in there. u can see them a million other places and the backdrops never really did it for me. that would be an awesome place to give some other characters a home along wiht keeping the other side.

Thanks for this! For some reason, I knew they were meeting and thought they'd be at Hollywood Studios. Glad I know in advance where they will really be.
