:( rainy weather...help!

Hi! Does anyone know what happens with the night shows when it is raining? Wishes, Fantasmic, Illuminations...do they cancel them? I am leaving in a couple days and the weather looks like it will be rainy most of our short trip, so we had a very carefully planned itinerary to get all the night shows in. I will be so disappointed if we miss them Thanks is advance!

The nighttime shows are all subject to weather conditions. Last summer when we were at Disneyland, they actually stopped the fireworks in the middle of the show due to strong winds. I understand the potential for disappointment but it's not something that you can control. Try not to let it worry you right now.

.....no pun intended. I agree that it's out of your control and so just go with
the flow and make the most of your time there. You will be with people you
love(I assume) in a magical place. What could be better than that?

Don't worry...it will not be rainy while you are there. There is a chance of an occasional shower almost every day, which is common in the warmer maonths. Check here for an accurate forecast:

They do cancel or delay ro cut short due to bad weather, however rain in FL is different than other places, it is usually a quick shower (atleast in the warmer months)... Also we have had good luck with the quick shwoer... because the park usually clears out and once the rain stops the rides are free and clear... some of our best nights have been after those rain showers! BTW be prepared... take rain ponches... it helps not spoil the evening by beign wet and they take up no space (or you can buy them there they are not super expensive there (maybe $6-8).

Plus, just because it's raining at Epcot doesn't mean it's raining at the Magic Kingdom (for example).
