We're headed to DW tomorrow -- me, wife, and kids (4, 2). It seems pretty likely it's going to rain Sunday for much of the day, and we're not talking a drizzle! That day, luckily, we don't have a park planned and were planning on meeting up our friends who are arriving that day, going swimming, and maybe to Disney Springs. Now that doesn't seem to be a great plan.

Looking for some ideas of some indoor/covered activities that could be interesting. We're staying at POR but have no problem going to another resort (we actually like seeing the other resorts) if another one has more of an indoor presence -- even if it's just to walk around, let our kids play, and maybe eat.

Any thoughts or ideas about activities outside of parks but likely on-site that could be fun?

Have you seen Sing or Moana? It might be worth a trip to DS just to head to the movies and grab a bite to eat. Plus FL weather is finicky, so it could rain and then stop (and then rain and stop again)! ;)

I was going to suggest the movies; I think the kids would love looking around Art of Animation; or checking out the monorail resorts. Also don't scrap your plans just yet because it could end up raining for 5 minute and clearing out.
