I've only gone once and it wasn't that busy. I could stay as long as I wanted.

On sea days it is packed. When the ship is in port and at show times and dinner times it tends to be deserted. Other than that, there could be moderate crowds, but nothing outrageous.

It is $15 a day or on the 7-night, $50 for the week. I'm not sure about the 3 or 4 night.

I haven't been there yet, but I've heard it is a great place to relax!

Went there everyday on our 4 nighter. I was there between 4 & 6 and it was never crowded. There us a heavy duty steam room, an "aroma" steam room and a light sauna. There are a few "special head" showers and the "tile lounges". There is a better sauna back in the mens locker room with fabulous (did I really say that?) sauna lounges right outside. Definitely get the pass. You can run up there (as many times as you like, it's unlimited) whenever you have a few minutes. You have to wear a bathing suit, so I just ran in in mine right form the pool area. You're gonna love it.
