Does Rainforest Cafe have PS or do you just have to take your chances that you will get in? Our daughter will turn 14 while we are on our next holiday and I think she may choose to eat here for her birthday so I would like to book if possible.

TIA as always! :goodvibes

You make regular reservations at Rainforest since they are not part of the Disney dining group. You do not call Disney Dining (if you do, they give you the number to call). Just handle it like a reservation at any restaurant and you'll be fine.

Rainforest is a great eating experience!! Yes, make sure to make reservations or you can expect an hour wait (ugh!) The last time we went there was a huge line, I was so thankful that I had made reservations.

I'd highly suggest making a reservation as The Rainforest Cafe is usually quite busy!! Here is the number to call them direct to reserve: 714-772-0413

We made a reservation for 18 and it was ready on time and we had a great time.

Missed making it to DL last year but when we went to WDW Rainforest Cafe was our favorite meal. Just wanted to let you know it is a great choice! Can't wait to go when we head to Disneyland in November. The pecan crusted mahi-mahi and coconut shrimp was wonderful! The Plank Salmon is always good. And, for dessert, be sure to have a volcano. They are delicious! Be warned though they are huge so it is plenty for several people.

The RFC club is pretty good - you get a free appetizer or 10% off your meal and you get priority seating. We joined many years ago - was about $10 then - 1 time. Gotten way more than that back in savings.

Yes and you should!!! Definitely making a reservation for a large party is a good idea.

Thanks everyone for your advice! I'm really looking forward to the atmosphere and the volcano dessert!

I haven't run into too many threads here about Rainforest Cafe or their food. I guess I should look up their menus & reviews to see if we should make this one of our stops...we'll be there in less than 2 weeks! Woo hoo!

We very much like the food there, and if you join the Safari Club it's well worth it, at least for us it was. :) We love the front of the line seating and free appetizers you can get. DBF and I share the Maya Combo and an appetizer, it's more then enough for us and it's a good meal to have around mid-day, it lasts us until around 9 or 10 and then we just grab a snack, like a churro or Dole Whip or something like that and we good for the rest of the day. The kids always find something they want as well so for us it's a good pick. Much better then the ESPN Zone, which we did not like at all......
