I don't believe it is, sorry. However, I think that the T-Rex Cafe is, and that might be worth trying if you want to stick to the dining plan. It was designed by the same people who did the Rainforest Cafe, and is quite similar except that it features dinosaurs. It has a similar atmosphere and very similar food to the Rainforest Cafe.

Well that makes since. I looked up the restaurants today and I couldn't find it. It's still a place my kids would like to eat. Is it located in DTD? Does anyone know how new this place is?

T-Rex just opened in Fall, 2008. It was still under construction when we went to DTD in August, 2008. We are going to eat there when we go to WDW in August, 2009 and, since it's not on the dining plan, we are paying out of pocket for the meal. That night's table service meal credit will be combined with another night so we can go and see Spirit of Aloha.
