i have gone to the RFC that is 10 miles from my house.
have also done the one at dtd.
they are the same in every way. menu, food, gift shop, decorations, booth set up with animals, sounds, etc.
the food is ok, some of it is very good and there are a few dishes that are seldom ordered, but over priced and even more over priced at disney.
all you are paying for is the ambiance of the place.
my opinion is go somewhere else if it is going to be a production in order to get to the place.
you have a RFC at the animal kingdom and at dtd.
if you have the time to spend going, waiting, eating, returning back to rph and money is not an issue, then try the place. i think everyone wants to try a resturant that others think are a novelty....like bubba gumps type of place.
it is a chain restuarant and you will find rfc all over near large cities.
i like good food but my priority is park time rather than dining time.
if a place is close by and works with my schedule, i'm good to go with it.
if i have to plan out transportation arrangements and rent a car, then i hesitate.
