RainForest Cafe not on the dining plan?

We were planning on eating at RFC on our AK day but I just looked it up and it's not on the dining plan

Rainforest Cafe is a chain of restaurants -- they're not owned by Disney.

Rainforest does accept APs for a 10 percent discount. We ate there yesterday.
