Rainforest Cafe Giftcards...food only?

Anyone know if I can use a RC gift card in their gift store? We don't plan on eating there, but I'm looking for a way to use my MyPoints to redeem for something trip related.

I was able to use mine in the gift shop. This was a year ago, but I think they are the same cards.

They have some pretty good sales if you look around. I bought a really nice hoodie for $10.


An alternative to that, get a MyPoints gc for any store you normally shop (Walgreens, Walmart, Sears, etc). Then just take the cash you would have spent there and put it in your Disney fund.

My WG's doesn't let you buy GC's with GC's, and my WM doesn't sell Disney cards!

What you could do is buy stuff like your shampoo, soap, etc. etc. with say a $25 Walgreens card. Then the $25 cash you would have spent use to buy a Disney Card online (Or put it with whatever you do with cash for your vacation...)
