Anyone get one of these recently through point redemption at MyPoints? What is the expiration date on it? I don't want to order it too soon and have it expire before I go next summer. Thanks!!!

I just got one the week before last. There is no expiration date on that back, but it does say to use within 12 months from purchase or they will begin deducting $1.50 per month from the balance. HTH! We are using ours in November.

Thanks so much for the information! Good to know that I still have time to earn more points and yet can still order them now. There are only $25 GC available right? Some offer $50 GC with a little bit of savings on the points, but I don't think Rainforest does.

Yes, just the $25 are available through MyPoints. It took me a long time just to earn enough for the $25, but I'm happy to have it!

I got mine in June and we will use it in January so I'm glad to know it won't lose value or expire before that. I didn't even think of it expiring. We plan to use it at breakfast so hopefully won't have to add too much $$ to the $25 one.

I haven't redeemed any of MyPoints points since our last trip to WDW in 2004, so I am hoping to have enough points accumulated to get (4) $25 GC by next summer. How long did you have to wait to receive the GC after ordering it?

The RFC one came pretty fast -- but I can't tell you exactly how long. Maybe a couple of weeks. My webcertificates that I used for Disney gift cards came much faster than I expected -- about 2 weeks for those, too!!

Disney GC's...to be used at the Disney Store or at WDW? Where are they on MyPoints?

You can use the Disney gc's at (I think - w/o going to look at mine): disney shopping, disney store, disney cruise line, disney world, and disney land. I think some have reported that you can't yet use them at the resorts, but can use them at stores and restaurants. And for shipboard credit.

To get them from MyPoints, order a webcertificate with your points, and then use the webcertificate to buy the gift card. It's a two-step process (means more waiting) but Disney is what I am doing these things for so that is one way I can see to do it.
