Can you make ADR at Rainforest Cafe at DTD at 180 days out? Has anyone been there recently how is the food? I don't care to go but one in my party does so...

I am not sure how many days out a reservation can be made, but for the location at Downtown Disney you need to call them directly. For whatever reason WDW-Dinning Cast Members do not make ADR's for this location. Anyway their number is (407) 827-8500.

The only restaurant I have given a bad review from our whole 11 day trip. Worst meal we ate, BY FAR!

My family and I go to the Rainforest Cafe location at Downtown Disney everytime we are in WDW and the food has always been great.

I have a 10 year old and 17 year old.. Dont need to eat with the characters but want funmeals...thinking more like the music type...I don't know like entertaining type...is this a good place to go? Never been to WDW before.. we are staying off at Regal Palms and driving so are not restricted... We are definitely going to Carraba's but where else is a good place to go?

There are not many slots for reservations at the Rainforest locations. We have tried to get them in the past and have always been told they don't have any extra slots. We just paid to be a club member and get fast seating that way so we don't have to plan.

They don't take ADRs or reservations at DTD RFC. The best best is to pay to join their club or check in to get your name on the list then shop around in DTD for a couple hours while you wait. The food is great!! I love the cheese dip. DS and DD love the pizza and DH loves the steak!!

I called 2 weeks ago and got reservations for next week!

We thought that the food was average and overpriced. We'll never go again.

While I would not recommend dinner here, they do take reservations, or at least they did in August when we visited.

On previous threads about the Rainforest Cafe others have mentioned getting a reservation there by calling them directly and HLBLan posted on this thread about getting a reservation there for next week.
