Rainforest Cafe at Animal Kingdom

Don't overlook the RFC just outside Animal Kingdom. We made ressies for breakfast there on our visit to AK. It wasn't crowded. The service was superb. We all had something different to eat. GD had the pancakes, GS and I had eggs bennie, DD had an omelet. The number one item on the menu was Tonga Toast. I couldn't believe it when I read it. I thought you could only get it at Kona Cafe. The coffee was excellent, had two cups. We truly enjoyed our dining experience at RFC and I highly recommend it for everyone.

We do either a late breakfast or an early lunch there every time we visit AK. Great theming and it is cool and air conditioned and not too crowded. It just gives us the rest we need to go back out and try a few more attractions.

hmm.. didn't know they had tonga toast. I have been wanting to try it and maybe we could get to AK early and see what it' all about. Too bad they do not accept DDP there.

I made ressies for this place when we go. we love this place!! I am thrilled I do not have to go to down town disney to get m y rain forest fix!

I've only ever been to the RFC at Downtown Disney - but it's a must do every time we go. We're big fans, I love the environment down there, and there's hardly ever much of a wait.. At least in my own experience, we've only waited max 15-20 minutes for a table.

Well, i thought it was ok food, but the service was slow and sort of rude.
anyways, there aren't alot of good places to eat in animal kingdom. we got lost trying to find one

We love Rainforest Cafe @ AK.

We ate there for the first time last Sept. Had an early lunch - 11:30 or so and was shocked that it was not crowded at all - practically dead!

The food was great, as was the service - can't wait to go back this Sept!!

Oddly enough, although I ate at Tutto Italia, Brown Derby, and Kona Cafe, my dinner at Rainforest Cafe was probably one of my favorite meals this past trip. (Trust me, I'm as shocked as anyone else!)
We go there at least once every trip.
