Rainforest Cafe at AK transportation question

Hi! I'm wanting to book Rainforest Cafe for our AK day. AK closes at 7:00. What is the latest time that I could get a reservation and be able to catch a bus back to the resort?

The buses run until everyone leaves Rainforest Cafe. We were eating there late one night, and the bus driver came in and asked us if we would be needing a bus. We said yes, and he said that he would be waiting for us. When we went out there were lots of busses waiting.
