Rainforest Cafe at AK Hours

We'll be arriving at our resort in the late afternoon, and thought we'd try dinner at RFC in Animal Kingdom. AK happens to close at 6:00 the night we arrive, and the hours of operation at RFC "vary with park hours." So I was wondering if anyone had an idea of how long RFC would stay open after AK closes, or the latest time they'd seat people would be. Thanks!
