Just wondering if it rains are the parks still open? We are staying at RPH for one night during easter week just for the FOTL access. Hoping that if it rains the parks are still open so that we can get our day in.

Oh yeah.The only time rides will close is if its lightning in the area and thats only the coasters and water rides.Almost all the que's are inside for the rides and shows!

Rain:
-makes poncho sales increase
-reduces lines (people find shelter in gift shops and eateries)
-makes water rides wetter
-turns roller coasters and other outdoor rides into "water rides" (this can be painful)


The Hulk coaster may close during a rainstorm, depending on how intense the rain is.

Lightning:
-shuts down any outside rides (most of IOA, Jaws, Rockit, and Kidzone in USF)
-is just mean

Hurricanes:
-will close the park either early or for the day. This is a very uncommon occurrence.

I hear you on that one cause I rode the Hulk in just a sprinkle won't do that agian

We got stuck waiting for duelling dragons to re-open during lighting no rain. And they don't care re-imburse you if you go over the time for the lockers due to a storm and waiting. Most rides stay open during the rain. It rained one afternoon all day and we still had a blast!
