Good morning, Ginny. It's snowing here -- I HATE WINTER (and why I need to move to Florida). When do you leave on your trip? I hope you don't get bad weather (or it at least waits until you reach your destination).

Hi Ginny! Just stopping in to say hi and to hope that you had a great Thanksgiving. I'm so glad that you got to ride Soarin'. That is one of my favorite rides ever!! We didn't get to do it on our last trip to WDW but we were able to go on it over Thanksgiving at DCA.

Also, I'm so glad to hear about your test results!

Thanks Alison. Thanksgiving was great. We spent it in Nashville. Not quite DCA but at least I was with a grandson so that helped.

We were the luckiest family in Disney that week. The only thing that would have been better was if I had met you before we were both there together. That would have been awesome.

Bah HumBug!!! I HATE WINTER TOO!!! I think we should just move to Florida. Don never would do it. He likes the Arizona side. YCH!

I know it snowed in Kansas City last night and one of the girls that meets us lives in Omaha and I doubt she comes. They got hit pretty hard last night. She has some medical problems and won't drive when the weather is bad. So it will probably be just the 3 of us. We will have fun tho. Massages, dinner and movies in bed. Saturday shopping and Sunday I'm meeting with a drug rep that used to serve us and she just had a baby so I get to see the baby and take a present to him.

None of us have Christmas shopping to do this year but Cindy (friend) wants to look at furniture. I will of course look at Coach bags. One of my weaknesses.

I'm sorry you are having snow. I am so glad it is supposed to miss us this time.

Boy, what I wouldn't do for a massage right about now. I usually get them every three months but they were one of those things I eliminated when we had the car, dryer problems.

We will go no matter what the weather. It seems every year when we go it does this bit of nasty stuff. Cindy will be driving and she is a good driver with an Escalade so I feel safe. The bad part is I sit in the back seat and she always buys some big piece of furniture that has to sit back there with me. At least Sheri doesn't have to sit on my lap.

I know what you mean. We used to go every 3 months here too. There are two places here in town we love at $65 an hour. The place I chose in Kansas City is not my fav (massage envy, the are everywhere) but it is only $39 for an hour and it is right across the street from our hotel. Sheri got our rooms for us free with her reward points. She ended up with two nights in a suite. The Intercontinental is super nice and we will have a good time. They have a shuttle that will take you to a spot on the plaza then you call them and they will pick you up. That is the great part.

So I just have to pay for Cindy's meal twice and Sheri's meal twice and I'm good to go. I've been saving my stash that I keep from Don.

Has Mark started feeling any better yet?

You are so right on the falling asleep man, but Mike did too. It stinks to be 60. Just wait. You think John is bad now.

Mike was going to get the gift card cause there was a watch Sheri really wanted but they only sold it at the Comtemporary gift shop and the gift cards were only good at the parks. So Sheri didn't get the watch to add to her collection of 50+ Mickey watches. She would like to be an adult. Just can't quite. She did buy Sandi a Mickey watch tho and not herself one.

Yesterday, we had a high of 75 and it was super humid. So humid, in fact, that everything in the cabinet shop was damp as was our back porch. It just felt hot and muggy.

Today's high is supposed to be 49. What a change!

We had a horrible storm last night. The wind was blowing so hard, I thought we were gonna find ourselves out in the yard with no house. No, but really, it was very windy!

Our highs for tomorrow and Friday are only 48. No wonder everyone is getting sick. The weather is changing too rapidly.
