we are leaving on sat and am wondering if we should pack some rainjackets ,the kind that you can rooll into a little bag, is feb rainy?

- - - and we are leaving next Sunday. I am interested in this, also. Last year we did the four day Wonder during this week (Presidents' Week) and we had sun at Nassau and clouds and a bit chilly on Castaway Cay. (We had done the 3 day the previous July and were so hot that we actually preferred the February weather, however!):wave2:

I think it's always a good idea to bring something in case of rain.

Out of seven Disney cruises, we've had heavy rain on two of the Pirate Nights. When it happened on a Wonder 3-night cruise, the entire pirate show and fireworks were rescheduled to the next night. On a 7-night Magic cruise, the dancing continued in the pouring rain, then was moved into the atrium. The fireworks were rescheduled for the next night, but they never ended up doing the actual pirate show where Mickey "saves the ship".

On a third cruise, it rained all day in Nassau but the captain was able to steer clear of the rain for the Pirate show.

We picked up some $1.99 rain ponchos at Walmart. They packed nicely in their packaging. We never needed them, and I have put one in the trunk of each of our cars in case I ever need to change a flat in the rain.
We had intended to just throw them out on board on the last night if we had opened them.

we are leaving sunday too!!!!

not really concerned with the rain...just if it is cold?

Even on warm days it can feel cool out on the decks when the ship is moving, so you might want to be sure to take a jacket or sweatshirt. :thumbsup2

On the sea day on our last 4-day, there was a pretty big storm coming at us from the west as we puttered up the coast. The captain kept drifting eastward to keep us in the sunshine and good weather. Then, when we hit about 5:00 or so, when everybody headed inside to change for dinner or the show, he made a hard left and drove us right through the storm. By the time we got done with dinner/show, we were through the other side and could enjoy the evening on deck.

Very cool.
