We are renting WDW strollers for our stay and I'm trying to figure out what type of rain cover would work for these. We will probably be renting double strollers but there may be a day or two where we only get the single - depends on how much the oldest really walks (usually not much). Any advice would be great.

they won't work with a rain cover, but they are plastic so you can wipe them dry afterwards

Last May when we went down I was worried about DD's stroller getting wet if it rained while we were on a ride etc. I took one of those Neat Sheets punched holes along one end and tied it with ribbon to the handle of DD's stroller. I kept it rolled up with a ribbon and every time we parked the stroller I unrolled it. Not only did it keep the stroller dry but it also kept the seat cool since the sun wasn't beating down on it and it also made it easy to find.

It will probably be difficult to find one to fit the plastic park strollers - and if you do I imagine it will be pricy. Take a look at the pictures at allears, maybe you can find a cover meant for a jogger or a double jogger that will fit.

When the girls were yonger, what I did was buy a bunch of the .99 clear plastic ponchos to use to cover the park strollers. I got mine at Walmart or Target. The girls liked this because they could still see out! I left the sides hanging so the kiddos could breathe and clipped it on with a couple small clothespins. At the end of the day I had no problem throwing them away and didn't have to worry about someone taking my stroller or raincover. On days when I was pretty sure it would rain I grabed a small towel for wipedowns. If the stroller gets soaked you can go back and exchange it for a dry one.

Have Fun

Sounds clever - I have to ask, what is a neat sheet?

a "neat sheet" is a waterproof blanket type cloth you can buy in most walmart, target, k-mart type stores. They came out a few years ago and are great for the beach and picnics. The water doesn't soak through if the ground is wet. I never thought to use mine that way though but as another poster put - it isn't see-through and I doubt my boys would go for that. I DID find a web site that has twin jogging stroller rain covers
http://babysunprotection.com/shop/prodView.asp?idProduct=94 but it's 29.99 (plus shipping)
