Railroad during parade to get to front of MK

Is riding the RR from Frontierland to get to the exit a good strategy? My family will be leaving the park immediately after we watch the parade and also want to incorporate a ride on the RR so figured this might be good unless I’m missing something

Thanks! We’ll long gone by then.. the parade is at 2:00pm and I like to be heading to the train by 2:15/2:30ish.

I'm sorry! I read parade as fireworks. Yes, you can get on the railroad at the Frontierland stop and take it around to the Main Street stop after the PARADE! Apologies! Enjoy!

Edited to add: It will stop in Fantasyland first. Stay on until the second stop
