Raglan Road

Has anyone tried the Fish N Chips here? I love a good entree of fish n chips, which are often hard to find. I really enjoy them at Rose & Crown at Epcot. How does the Raglan entree compare?

IMHO, Rose & Crown's fish n chips is much better.

I had Raglan Road's fish and chips on Tuesday night. Sadly, I wasn't impressed. It did not taste like it had been freshly fried, more like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. I live in the UK and can get MUCH better fish and chips at our local shop, for a quarter of the price.

If you want fish and chips at WDW, I would definitely stick with the Rose and Crown.

I prefer the fish & chips at Rose & Crown (I think they are actually from Harry Ramsden's next door) to Raglan Road's. They're just not very good at RR.

I actually preferred Raglan Road's fish n chips over Rose & Crown's. But then neither of them were even a fraction as good as what I can get right here on a Friday night!! Raglan Road also has waaaay better desserts (Ger's Bread & Butter Pudding ...mmmmm) so that also gives it more of an edge for me!

Don't remember too much about our dinner at Raglan Road 18 months ago, but one of the things that stands out is how disappointing the fish & chips were. They are MUCH better at Rose and Crown (or Yorkshire County Fish Shop, for that matter).

The other thing that stands out is how AMAZING that bread pudding was. Oh, my!

my family,also,was dissappointed in raglan road.we ate there last month.there were 8 of us-and,as we ordered a variety off the menu,the worst meal was the fish and chips. best meal-believe it or not-was the kids meal of chicken tenders.the portion was much bigger than the fish and chips-and certainly was much fresher.

Wow. I'm glad I asked. I will definitely steer clear of this place. How disappointing.
