Okay, here's the dissenting post.
DW, DD6 and I went for an early dinner. DW and I each had a drink, which were excellent.
The waitress didn't want to be working then, and didn't like the fact that we had a child, so the service was lousy.
If you have a child, stay away. On the dining plan, they don't get an appetizer and their dessert choices are limited. Fortunately, we shared with DD6, and the dessert choice was what she wanted.
The food was typically Irish, in that it was extremely mediocre. Frankly, the much vaunted bread-and-butter pudding, to my tastebuds anyway, wasn't nearly as good as the bread pudding at 'Ohana.
I'm sure that, if you're adult-only, and you go for a late dinner when the music is playing, it's excellent. We were highly disappointed, and won't be back.
