Does anyone know anything about when and where to make reservations?

:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc I just made an ADR for October 21st at 6:00 through WDW-DINE. I am so delighted. :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Just another update here...RR opens to certain Disney CMs and Disney execs on Monday (10th) and Tuesday (11th). The first day it opens to the public is Wednesday (12th).

As far as ADRs, I have no idea about that. If you call WDW-DINE, they should take care of ya or direct you to someone who can.

Hope to see you all there sometime for a drink and a bite to eat!

Cheers!

Well, I just made my ADR for Dec 28 (Don, I hope we get to meet you!) and bought my gift certificates.

Don, do you know if they are they going to add RR to the DDE card?

could you tell me if this is a family friendly restaurant , are children allowed? Or is it adults only?

I don't think there is a resaurant IN disney that isn't family friendly.
its up to parents to know what their kids can handle. :cool1:
the music starts out low key during the day & gets rowdier later on ( from what I have read). & I have heard some rowdy irish music!!!

I bet there will be tons of young kids doing irish dance while the performers are playing!!

but , as always in pleasure Island, I woudl suggest kids be off the streets later in the night,, it really IS an older crowd then... somethign you might not want your kids to see.

btw I just made MY ressies for 4 nights in novem, ber :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

When I made my ADR for Raglan Road, I asked if the DDE card could be used. The CM told me "Yes".

I just called WDW-DINE and the CM told me that RR was walk up only; that they weren't making ADR's. This is the 2nd time I 've called and was told "walk up only". What's the secret to get ADR?

I called and asked to make an ADR for Raglan Road for our December trip and the CM made it with no trouble at all. So, we are all set for December 13th! I can't wait. Maggie

Nevermind! I guess 3rd time is a charm :shamrock:

no kidding!
the guy who took my reservations said he never heard of it before today... & today he was getting LOTS of phone calls.

I made a reservation last night for Saturday 10/21> I am very excited. :cool1: The C
M had never heard of it. I told her I had read that others had made reservations, so she looked again. Any time between 7 and 9 PM was available.
Thanks for all the info Jack Splat!

I made an ADR yesterday for October 22, 7:00 with no problems! However the CM did say that it was the first reservation he made for Raglan Road. When is the first day it is open to the public? I saw the 12th and the 21st, does anyone know which day?

Does anyone else think that the success or failure to get the ADR you want is sometimes determined by the CM and their experience or their inexperience?

We have one poster who had to call 3 times to get their ADR. The first two times, they were told that they were not taking ADR's. Only because of this site and the information sharing, did they try a third time.

I called last night and was told that the only available ADR's for 10/21 were at 3pm, 6pm, or 9pm. I grabbed the 6pm, but really had hoped for 7pm or after. Mickey Mo called last night and was told that anytime between 7pm and 9pm was open.

I know that the newness of Raglan Road is a contributing factor, but don't they all look at the same information? :confused3

I am thrilled to have an ADR, but wonder at all the conflicting info the CM's have.

The lesson I take away is to try more than once, if you are not successful in your first attempt. I am also grateful for this site and all of you who contribute your information, thoughts and opinions. You all make my planning so much more fun! :grouphug:

Does anyone who's been to DTD lately have photos of the outside of the new Raglan Road pub that's opening later this month? I just checked in on this thread and it's 8 pages long but no pics so far.

BTW thanks Don for keeping us up to date - we'll pop in on our December trip!

:shamrock: Best wishes for the grand opening!
