Tell me about Raglan Road please.

Do they have the actual dancing every night? If not where can I find an entertainment schedule?

What is dalkey? Do they still serve the Irish soda bread balls or slices? What is the Dunbrody kiss (yes I know chocolate, chocolate chocolate) but is it a cake? mousse?

Where should we sit if we want to see the dancing but not kill our ears? I expect it to be loud don't get me wrong but I understand it can get super loud.

Anyone have pics of the truffle chips?

Is it a far walk from the Marketplace and Rainforest cafe where POFQ boat docks to let us off? I don't know much about Downtown Disney at all, so I can't tell.

Are there any hints I should know?

Thanks to all you Raglan Road fans!!!!

Dalkey is a suburb of Dublin.

They give that name to some sort of sausage dish.

The Dunbrody Kiss is basically a Snicker bar melted with corn flakes and butter to form a crust. Then chocolate mousse with a chocolate coating over the top.

It sounds good but I didn't like it. The crust created these little hard corn flakes that I thought were actually plastic. I called the waitress over to ask and she said, "It does have an unusual texture." I ate the top but left the bottom behind.

It has been awhile since we were there but there are some pictures of our apps, entrees and desserts if you are interested here.

Hope this helps some. :)

Dancing is Mon - Sat, they take Sunday off. Don't know where a schedule is unless it is on their own website.

The Dalkey Sausage dish is acutally about 6 4" Irish sausages stuck on fork tines and served as an appetizer. More are served in a side bowl also. They are delish.

Yes, the Irish Soda bread slices are still served with a honey/guinness dipping condiment.

The donbrody kiss is a truffle like candy ball, made of cream, mars bar and cornflakes, covered with chocolate ganache and then shards of chocolate pieces decorating the plate.

If you want to see the dancers you should sit in the Grand Room, but it will be loud. The side alcoves are quieter but you cannot see the dancers.

Do not have a picture of a truffle chip ... I can't even describe it. If it is a potato chip with truffle essence then it will be a steak fry, a fat potato french fry with truffle essence. ;)

Yes, it is a good walk to get from the those docks to Raglan Rd in Pleasure Island.
