Raglan Road - Best Time to Go?

What's the best day/time to go? We are more interested in the Creel music and Irish dancing. Is the restaurant only tables for dinner or is there a bar area where we could just stop in, have a drink, and enjoy the entertainment?

The Raglan Rd web site shows dancing on the hour 6-11pm and Creel music starting 7:30pm Mon-Thu and starting 8:30 Fri-Sat.

They do have a bar that you can sit at and have a drink. If you are going to see the entertainment, I would make sure you ask to be seated in the main dining area when you arrive. They have a few side rooms and you can't really see anything from there. They do come over for a few seconds, but it is much nicer in the main dining area.

They have two inside bars and two outside bars! Just stop by anytime after 6:30 pm and you will hear the music. They do sets and take a few short breaks but really during that time you will hear and see them. You cannot see them from the outside bars but can from both inside ones. We love Raglan road! Hope you have a great time.
